Possessing an EXIM Code enables a company to lawfully conduct the export and import of goods and services in and out of Nepal. It also ensures the government receives real-time, updated information. The use of the EXIM Code is crucial for preventing illegal practices that could diminish tax revenue. Annually, the EXIM Code must be updated, along with the submission of the latest Bank Guarantee.
